He said that the matter as to whether this machinery was safe or not rests with the legislature, not the judges. Brad Raffensperger, the Secretary of State of Georgia, came forward to defend Dominion, by confirming once again that the machines were indeed trustworthy and that there had been no proof of fraudulent elections in Georgia so far.
