Wendy’s Response to The Lawsuit

Wendy’s restaurant in its response to the lawsuit has denied any wrongdoing and exonerated itself from the E-Coli outbreak. The restaurant proceeded to cooperate with local health officials during the E-Coli outbreak. To ensure food safety and reduced cases of such outbreaks, Wendy’s restaurant has committing to maintaining food safety and implementing the appropriate measures within the establishment.

The case is still in its early stages with notable progress likely to follow.  Considering that the defendant and the plaintiff on the matter have not agreed on anything means that the case is likely to drag for some time before a determination or even a settlement is agreed on.
